About Me

My name is Ashley and I am 22 years old. I love life and all the simple things in it. I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful daughter that I get to stay home with. I love spending every moment with her and watching her learn and grow before my eyes. I can truly say I am blessed beyond measure and more than I deserve. 

I met my husband in May of 2011 through a mutual friend...kinda. I would be lying if I didn't say that like a creep I stalked him on Facebook and struck up a conversation. I know...crazy. Anyway a week later he was making the 6 hour trip to my tiny little hometown to meet me. I was super nervous and extremely excited. We had talked on the phone the week before and we just clicked. He pulled into my drive jamming to Frank Sinatra and jumped out. I gave him my famous "wiggle hug" and the rest is history. We were engaged on August 23rd 2011 and married December 21st 2011. He is my best friend and my rock. Just two short months after being married we found out (drum roll) we were expecting a little one. It was Valentine's day and it was the best present I could ask for. 

Abigail was born on November 2nd 2012 at a week late. She is my everything and I cannot imagine life without her. I started this blog for family and friends to follow our journey and watch Abbey grow.
